THE RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR HAWAII.USA


           
The RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR HAWAII.USA researches historiographic policies of the trends in the US history of Hawaii, and rediscovers and re-identifies missing US primary documents which have been available in public libraries for many years.  A relevant policy balance of past, present and future science perspectives is consistent with our Preambular US Constitutionally protected safe professional best policies and best practices.


It is safe, reasonable and timely to safely evaluate and review the evidential basis for US Constitutional policies through US legal precedent research, improving and re-defining US strategic policy research with comparative policy research, and thereby improving our US Constitutional basis for safe US legal compliance research on these issues.


These historiographic research discoveries of US literary precedents provide improved professional legal compliance confidence in the US historic legal precedents of public policy from the 1800’s for both the US Territory and US State policies. These and US literary legal precedent conferences that are relevant to past and future policies could and should have been identified as US literary precedents of the US State and Federal Constitutional progress in Hawaii many years ago, during due diligence prior to US Statehood in 1959.


The Private Foundation then identifies these US literary legal precedent documents and electronically publishes, produces and disseminates such historical documents for professional agencies and public policy foundations.
Our US Constitution requires of all US Federal Branches, Judiciary, Departments, State Judiciary, Agencies, US corporations, etc., and organizations, to be in the safest compliance with regard to US Constitutional Preambular legal compliance policies, and duties of safer diligent timely compliance with US Constitutional Preambular safety and security policies.


"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
These national Homeland Security safety policies include the US Constitutional Preambular, guiding protection of US Oath of Allegiance presumptions and policies, which guide US citizens’ and US trusts’ policies, for safe, civic intelligence and inventive processes for safe powers and safe products of US citizens, US corporations and US trusts, with US IP policies referenced and inferred from Article 1, Section 8, of the US Constitution.


We are thankful for our US Constitutional political and scientific progressive policies, advancing the US competitive scientific and technologically advantaging improvements in the safer quality of life in a US free-market competitive economy, while through US Federal Laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act, US citizens are protected from any further risks of harm from unsafe fraudulent policies.


It is timely to safely review these relevant and substantive policies and legal compliance concerns with our safe, patriotic US Preambular Constitutional policied evaluative review, and our reasonable respect for our US legal compliant, competitive free-market policies in the USA, and US legal compliance policy precedents for competitive policies in emerging markets around the world.


With our evaluative respect for US patriotic vigilant policies for US Constitutional compliance and US Preambular legal compliance safety and protections of US citizens, professionals, corporations, candidates, past and present elected and appointed officials, parties, public servants, judiciary, law enforcement, educational institutions and participants, Federal Agencies, and Bureaus, US Military, organizations, persons, etc., it is timely and relevant to safely review these legal compliance policy matters.


It is also timely to evaluate and review the US Constitutional basis for US literary legal precedent research, thereby improving and re-defining US strategic policy research, comparative policy research, and improving our safe US Constitutional basis for US legal compliance research on these issues, which are relevant to improve securing of the 50th State of the USA.
