The Research Institute for Hawaii.USA is a non-profit private operating foundation pursuant to IRC 4942 (j) 3, which reviews U.S. literary precedent research with safe regard for our U.S. constitutional policies. It is reasonable, responsible and timely to safely review the evidential basis for U.S. constitutional policies which improve and help redefine U.S. policy research, and thereby improving our safer U.S. constitutional basis for U.S. legal compliant research on these issues. These polices are expressed to protect our safer evidential basis of equal rights by simply improving U.S. literary legal precedent research policy and historiographic research policies in Hawaii and the United States. © 2022
