Mission Statement
RIHi.USA researches and reviews US literary discoveries in the history of United States constitutional
civic progress.
Through discovery and examination of US literary historic documents, RIHi.USA is able to further
an understanding of the United States Constitutional policies with its significant and defining role in
Hawaii’s history towards becoming the 50th state.
RIHi.USA encourages and supports conferences and programs to better inform citizens of Hawaii about
US constitutional government and rights.
Research Institute for Hawaii.USA endeavors to find relevant solutions to today’s complex problems with
regard for US policy reviews, objective research and analysis.
