With one exception, all panelists are qualified practicing attorneys in their own countries, and are currently in the U.S. to complete additional post-doctorate work, which will assist them in the practice of international law. Mr. Babiker has been an attorney for twelve years and is an associate at one of the largest law firms in Sudan. Samnang Sun teaches Cambodian constitutional law at the University of Cambodia and Royal University of Law and Economics. Through an additional degree, Mr. Sun is also qualified to practice law in Korea. Svitlana Campbell holds a B.S. in Jurisprudence from Pedagogical University in Ukraine and an LL.M. degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law, where she is currently finishing her juris doctorate degree.
